Every Record Stays Yours — Not Locked in One Clinic

By the Curify Go Care Team 3 min read

Most patient records live and die inside one clinic's filing cabinet or one practice's software. If you switch doctors, get a second opinion, or move cities, your history usually doesn't come with you — you start over.

Curify Go treats your medical history as yours by default. Every online consultation, in-person visit, prescription, and care plan is attached to your patient profile, not to a single doctor's office. You can open your full timeline at any time and export a clean, dated PDF to hand to a new doctor, a specialist, or an insurer.

When a doctor updates your record — a new prescription, a follow-up note, a shared care plan with a specialist — it is logged with a timestamp and the doctor who made it, so nothing gets silently overwritten or lost between visits.

This is the same principle behind why we built collaborative care sharing instead of forcing you to re-explain your history to every new specialist: continuity should be the default, not something you have to fight for.
