How do I book an online consultation?
Go to Find Specialist Doctors, pick a verified doctor, and choose an available time slot. You will get a confirmation with a video link before the appointment.
Can I switch an online appointment to an in-person visit?
Yes — message the doctor's practice through the appointment thread, or book a new in-person slot directly; both types share the same patient timeline.

How does doctor verification work?
Every doctor profile records a registration/license number and declared specialties, and is marked Verified or Pending — patients see this status before booking.
What does Collaborative Care let me do?
It lets a primary doctor share a patient's care plan with a specialist so both can add clinical notes on one shared record, instead of faxing charts back and forth.
Records & Data
Who can see my medical records?
Only you and the doctors you have an active appointment or shared care plan with. Every access is scoped by JWT and logged in the platform audit trail.
Can I export my records?
Yes, your full timeline — visits, prescriptions, and care plans — can be exported as a dated PDF at any time from My Records & Appointments.
