What "Verified" Actually Means When You Book a New Doctor

When you search for a specialist you've never met, the only signal you usually have is a star rating. We think that's not enough when it's your health on the line, so every doctor on Curify Go moves through a verification step before their profile is bookable.

A doctor's registration, license number, and declared specialties are recorded against their practice profile. Their status shows clearly as "Verified" or "Pending" — patients and receptionists can see this at a glance in the doctor directory before booking, and administrators can review and update it at any time from the platform's admin desk.

A "Pending" badge is not hidden or styled to look the same as "Verified" — we'd rather you know the state of a profile honestly than smooth it over with generic trust badges.
